2. What we offer

• Digital products (Marketplace): downloadable files, asset packs, templates, and similar content delivered electronically after payment.
• Custom design services: UI, branding, banners, websites, presentations, and related creative work, delivered per quote and agreed scope.

Portfolio work shown on the site is for demonstration; unless stated otherwise, it is not included in Marketplace purchases.

3. Orders and contract

A contract is formed when we confirm your order (successful payment for Marketplace items, or written acceptance of a custom quote for services). You must provide accurate contact details. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of error, suspected fraud, or abuse.

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout (typically EUR). Taxes/VAT apply as stated on the product page or invoice.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe (and methods enabled on your Stripe checkout). We do not store full card numbers. Payment must complete before digital delivery is activated.

5. Delivery

Digital products: download link(s) or access instructions are sent to the email provided, usually within minutes after payment. Links may expire after a limited time or number of downloads (shown at checkout or in the confirmation email).

Custom services: delivery timelines and file formats are defined in the quote or project agreement.

6. License and use of digital products

Unless a product page or separate license states otherwise, purchasing a Marketplace item grants you a non-exclusive license to use the files for your project (e.g. private game server, community, or agreed commercial use). You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source files as stock or templates;
• claim authorship of the original artwork;
• use files in unlawful content or to infringe third-party rights.

Custom work: usage rights are defined in your project agreement (exclusive or non-exclusive, scope, territories, etc.).

7. Withdrawal and refunds

EU consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost if you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal once access/download starts — as confirmed at checkout.

Refunds may be granted if content is defective, not as described, or not delivered; contact us within a reasonable time. Chargebacks without contacting us first may delay resolution. See Consumer Information for details.

8. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our designs, previews, and site content until full payment and any agreed transfer of rights. You may not scrape, copy, or misuse site assets except as permitted by a valid license or written permission.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Digital files and services are provided “as is” within the described scope. We do not guarantee compatibility with every game client, engine, or third-party tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or downloads, or use our work in ways that violate law or third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. Material changes to ongoing services will be communicated where reasonable.

12. Governing law and disputes
