2. What data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Identity and contact data: name, email address, details provided when placing an order or requesting a project.
• Transaction data: products ordered, amount, currency, payment status, order identifiers (we do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, visit duration, click events (traffic analytics).
• Visitor identifier: cookie/local storage (mds_visitor_id) for aggregated statistics and site improvement.
• Communications: content of messages sent by email or Discord related to orders or projects.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing orders, delivering digital products, invoicing, customer support.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): site security, abuse prevention, usage statistics, service improvement.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where explicitly required (e.g. marketing if you opt in voluntarily).
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): retaining accounting/tax records as required by law.

4. Recipients and processors

Data may be accessed by providers acting on our behalf under appropriate processing agreements, for example:

• Stripe — online payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Web hosting / infrastructure — site and database storage.
• Email services — order confirmations and download links.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Transfers outside the EEA occur only with adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.), as per our providers’ policies.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies for site operation and, optionally, a visitor identifier for internal analytics (traffic, popular pages, session length). You can limit cookies in your browser settings; some features (e.g. cart, checkout) may be affected.

Our analytics script sends events to our server (/visitor_track.php) without requiring a user account.

6. Retention period

• Order and billing data: as required by law (typically 5–10 years for accounting records).
• Support / project data: for the duration of the collaboration and a reasonable period after completion.
• Visitor statistics: in aggregated or pseudonymised form, per our internal retention policy (usually up to 24 months).

When the retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Where applicable, you have the right to: be informed, access, rectify, erase (“right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, data portability, object (including to direct marketing), and withdraw consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, restricted CMS access, secure passwords, expiring download tokens, etc.) to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration.

9. Minors

Our services are not intended for anyone under 16. If you believe we collected a minor’s data without parental consent, contact us for deletion.

We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page with the “Last updated” date. Please check back periodically.
