2. Products and services

We offer:

• Design services (UI, branding, banners, websites, presentations, etc.) — as quoted and agreed in your brief.
• Digital products on the Marketplace (files, packs, assets) — delivered electronically after payment.

Descriptions, prices, and deliverables are those shown on the site at the time of order or agreed in writing (email / Discord).

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in EUR (or the currency indicated on the product page), with or without VAT as stated on the site or invoice.
• Online payments are processed by Stripe (card and methods shown at checkout).
• Your order is confirmed after successful payment; you receive confirmation by email if you provided an address.

4. Delivery (digital content)

Marketplace digital products are delivered electronically: a secure download link and/or file access, usually within minutes after payment, to the email provided or via the confirmation page instructions.

Design services are delivered per the timeline agreed in your order (email, Discord, or contract), in the agreed formats (PSD, PNG, HTML, etc.).

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, without giving a reason.

Exceptions for digital content

Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Romanian law), the right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• performance has begun with your explicit consent; and
• you acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once download / digital access has started.

At checkout, where applicable, you may be asked to confirm these conditions before payment. For custom design work already in progress with your agreement, withdrawal may be limited in proportion to services already provided.

For withdrawal or return requests, email contact@masterdomstudio.com within the legal period and include your order number.

6. Conformity and complaints

Digital products must match their description. If you receive a defective file, invalid link, or non-conforming content, contact us within a reasonable time — we will try to remedy the issue (re-delivery, replacement, or refund, as appropriate).

For design services, revisions included are those stated in the quote; additional changes may require a new quote.

7. Dispute resolution

We encourage you to contact us first for an amicable solution. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may use:

8. Applicable law

Relationships with consumers in Romania are governed by Romanian and EU consumer protection law. For business (B2B) clients, separate contractual terms may apply.
